vates: (:) oh really)

now this is a story all about how
my life got flipped turned upside down
and i'd like to take a minute, sit for a spell
i'll tell you how i became a prince of a kingdom called hell

Kevin's spirit starts to go vengeful, so Crowley makes him a deal: he'll stabilize him and bring him back, provided Kevin helps him against Abaddon. Crowley neglects to mention he'll bring Kevin back as a demon, and Kevin is understandably pretty upset.

He resists for a long time, but he isn't actually all that stable, and under years of Crowley's influence and training, combined with all Kevin's anger and resentment, he starts to become a well-respected demon. He doesn't kill for fun or sport; he's not nearly that sloppy, and he also learned from the best, in that regard. He's slippery, tricky and vicious.

He's just biding his time, though. Once he has all the resources he needs, Kevin plans to take Hell from Crowley. That's the last thing he "remembers" before finding himself in the mansion.
